Before You Book….
All Appointments must be booked only by the person receiving treatment.
• Immediately you select and purchase a Service with us online you will be registered.
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN APPOINTMENT
BOOKING LINK.
•UPON BOOKING ALL PATIENTS WILL
RECEIVE AND ONLINE HEALTH
QUESTIONAIRE, INTAKE AND CONSENT FORMS THAT MUST BE SIGNED VIA OUR
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM.
•THESE MUST BE FILLED OUT
THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO YOUR
APPOINTMENT.
ANY GUEST THAT
ARRIVES AND CONSENTS AND HEALTH
SCREENING QUESTIONAIRE IS NOT
COMPLETE WILL NOT BE SEEN AND
WILL BE FORFEITING THEIR APPOINTMENT.
•ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE PENDING
APPROVAL UPON ONLINE SCREENING
IS REVIEWED AND MAY BE CANCELLED
AT OUR DISCRETION.
•YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A
MEDICAL MASK TO ENTER THE SPA.
IF
YOU DON’T HAVE A MEDICAL MASK
ONE WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU AT AN
ADDITIONAL COST THAT WILL BE
ADDED TO YOUR BILL.
•SANITIZE YOUR HANDS UPON ENTERING THE
SPA AT OUR SANITIZING STATION.
ONCE YOU ENTER THE SPA YOU CAN NOT STEP
OUTSIDE!! UNTIL YOUR SERVICE IS COMPLETED.
DOING SO WILL RESULT IN NOT ALLOWING YOU
BACK IN. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
•WE WILL PROVIDE SHOE COVERINGS UPON
ENTERING THE SPA.
•WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE A PLASTIC BAG TO
ENTER YOUR BELONGINGS IMMEDIATELY YOU
ENTER THE PREMISES.
•A PPE FEE TO COVER EACH VISIT WILL BE
APPLIED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
YOU WILL BE
REQUIRED TO TAKE A BODY TEMPERATURE
SCREENING UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
THIS WILL BE
PERFORMED UPON ARRIVAL, BEFORE BRINGING
YOU INTO THE TREATMENT ROOM.
IF YOU HAVE A
FEVER OVER 100.4 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT, A
COUGH, OR ANY RESPIRATORY
SYMPTOMS, YOU’LL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND VISIT
A HEALTHCARE FACILITY IMMEDIATELY.
•WE HAVE INSTALLED SNEEZE GUARDS, HOWEVER WE ASK TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING
•THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAITING OR SITTING
IN THE WAITING AREAS. WE APOLOGIZE BUT YOU
MUST WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL WE ARE READY TO SEE
YOU.
•WE ARE ASKING PATIENTS TO COME TO THEIR
APPOINTMENTS ALONE.
•THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN OR
ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED.
•APPOINTMENT FOLLOW-UP WILL BE BOOKED
ONLINE.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Cash ONLY.
• Please note we take pictures of all our clients before their face or body treatment to follow up with each clients progress.
• We require Government Identification!
• No cell phones are allowed in treatment areas/rooms.
• We apologize in advance; unfortunately we cannot accommodate children at the time being. Please make the appropriate arrangements for your child care prior to your visit with us.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, We require 48 hours notice.
• Appointments cancelled or changed in less than 48 hours will be billed a charge of $50 per service.
• Same day cancellations/No shows will be charged full service. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to Covid-19 and all the guidelines we must follow there will be delays. We apologize in Advance. We suggest you arrive at least 10-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full service fee. If you choose to leave and not wait to be seen you will be forfeiting your treatment and will be charged in full for that service.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any products, apparel, services or already rendered services. All Sales are final.
We work very hard to provide a relaxing, rejuvenating experience in a luxurious environment. Be respectful of a spa’s efforts by not bringing children or babies and keeping down your voice a few notches. The spa does not need you to whisper, but we ask that you talk softer than you normally would, and again, refrain from talking on your cell phone.
Health Concerns….
Please let us know when you schedule your appointment if you are pregnant, have allergies, have recently been injured, affected by covid 19 or have health concerns so we can advise you of the best choice of spa treatments. Expectant Mothers may not receive any Massages, Facials, Brow or Waxing treatment; as we discourage expectant mothers from receiving body treatments for safety. Treatments with heat are not advisable for guests with heart conditions or high blood pressure. Please do not book an appointment if you have a cold.
